With new multi-family residential and commercial retail and Public Park erect along D Street since 2010, D Street is the new main artery in the City of Perris. D Street needed to be widened but City also encourages less vehicle and more pedestrian accessible. United Civil, Inc. is contracted with City of Perris to provide street improvement design for D Street from 6th to 10th Street as part of redevelopment for the new Downtown area.
