United Civil, Inc. performs land planning, civil engineering design and land surveying activities associated with land development, including mapping, rough grading, precise grading, street, hydrology, storm drain, sewer and water system Utility engineering included master planning water system modeling and design of water lines; and design of sewers, sewer lift stations, coordination with sewer treatment plant consultant.

Surveying services include ALTA survey, mapping, boundary and design survey, and construction staking and soldier pile monitoring services. UCI provides Storm Water Prevention and Protection Plan (SWPPP) design and inspection services.

Our current projects include schools, single family residences, mixed use commercial-residential, apartments, affordable housing, senior housing, condominiums and master planned communities.
